TEEN TRACK Program
We are rolling out a program for older kids this summer. TEEN TRACK is for kids entering 6th through 12th grade.
Older kids who want to get in better running shape, but not necessarily running long distances, should do this program. Workouts will consist of warmups and drills, running workouts, plyometrics, core work, and race efforts to conclude the night.
We will have this program during SUMMER II, at both Sacred Heart and also at Candlewood Middle School. Here are the dates and exact locations:

Kids who are seriously into the sport and want to run races against other teams should join our COMPETITION TEAM
Kids who want to run longer distances and get ready for Cross Country should do our MS/HS DISTANCE TRAINING or our DISTANCE INTENSIVES.
