EMAIL ABOUT A SIBLING DISCOUNT IF REGISTERING ONE IN TEEN TRACK AND ANOTHER IN ENDURANCE, YOUTH TRACK, OR TRACK TOTS.
We are happy with the success of TEEN TRACK last year and are really interested in continued growth here.
Kids who do this program should be looking to get into better general shape, or to get ready for Winter or Spring Track. Kids do NOT need to be very serious track athletes to do this program. Workouts will consist of warmups and drills, running workouts, plyometrics, core work, and race efforts to conclude the session.
This is NOT a pure speed and agility program. Any questions please email.

All sites for Fall Programs are invited to our internal FALL CHAMPIONSHIP MEET - Sunday, November 8th at Candlewood MS, 10am.
Kids can sign up for Open Meets through our Registration Page. They require a separate registration fee.
TRACK TOTS for ages 2-4 can sign up by going through the Track Tots icon on the Registration Page.
The most serious track and cross country runners should consider signing up for our COMPETITION TEAM, also available on the Registration Page.
