TEEN TRACK SPRING 2026

We are happy with the success of TEEN TRACK last year and are really interested in continued growth here.

Older kids who want to get in better running shape, but not necessarily running long distances, should do this program. Workouts will consist of warmups and drills, running workouts, plyometrics, core work, and race efforts to conclude the night.

We will have this program during SPRING I and SPRING II, at both Sacred Heart and also at Candlewood Middle School. Here are the dates and exact locations:
