Registration is now OPEN for EARLY SUMMER 2026
This Youth TRAIL program is designed for children grades PK - 6th. This will be an introduction to the Trail and Distance running events, consisting of: Drills, Plyometric Hurdles, Running Form, Running Games, Workouts, Relays, Races.
We are continuing our Trail Expansion for 2026 by opening in new parks, including WEST HILLS and HEMPSTEAD LAKE. Please spead the word to any friends who would like our programs!

All kids in Youth Trail Program are invited to our internal SUMMER CHAMPIONSHIP MEET - Friday August 14 at Kellenberg Memorial HS, 6pm.
There will be a TRAIL TOTS program for ages 2-4 alongside our Youth Trail Program, and we will open that up soon on the website. Please send an email with your interest to lifunrunners@gmail.com.
The most serious track and cross country runners should consider signing up for our COMPETITION TEAM, also available on the Registration Page.
