YOUTH TRAIL PROGRAMS WINTER 2026

Registration is now OPEN for WINTER 2026

This Youth TRAIL program is designed for children grades PK - 6th. This will be an introduction to the Trail and Distance running events, consisting of: Drills, Plyometric Hurdles, Running Form, Running Games, Workouts, Relays, Races. Because of the cold weather, the kids will be running longer distances to keep them moving while they are with us.

We are beginning our Trail Expansion for 2026 by starting with WINTER TRAIL. Please spead the word to any friends who would like our programs!

All kids in Youth Trail Program are invited to our internal SPRING CHAMPIONSHIP MEET - Sunday May 17 at Candlewood MS, 10am.

There is not a TRAIL TOTS program for ages 2-4 alongside our Youth Trail Program, because of the cold weather, but we plan to begin TRAIL TOTS this spring. Please send an email with your interest to lifunrunners@gmail.com.
