YOUTH TRACK PROGRAMS FALL 2026

Registration is now open for FALL 2026.

ORDER GEAR WITH YOUR REGISTRATION FOR FALL 2026. IF YOU CHOOSE NO DELIVERY, WE WILL HAVE IT READY FOR THE FIRST FALL MEETING. LINK TO GEAR PAGE.

This Youth Track program is designed for children grades PK - 5th, and older children who are new to running. This will be an introduction to the Track running events, consisting of: Drills, Plyometric Hurdles, Running Form, Running Games, Workouts, Relays, Races.

We have several options for Youth Track Programs for Fall 2026:

Sundays: 9/13, 9/20, 9/27, 10/04, 10/18, 11/01

Nassau Sites
Friends Academy

Registration for Friends site happens through the Friends Academy Website. Here is a link to the Friends Academy site.
Please note Friends Academy dates are slightly different than other programs:

Friends families are welcome to compete at the Fall Championships on 11/08.

All sites for Fall Track and Fall Trail are invited to our FALL CHAMPIONSHIP MEET - Sunday 11/08 at Candlewood MS, 10am.

TRACK TOTS for kids ages 2-4 can sign up by going through the Track Tots icon on the Registration Page.

The most serious track and cross country runners should consider signing up for our COMPETITION TEAM, also available on the Registration Page.
